Please be sure that the cooler you order meets your needs and installation criteria/constraints. Should you decide to return a cooler that has not been installed/used, within 30 days of receipt, you will receive a refund equal to your total purchase price less shipping charges both ways and less the 25% restocking fee the manufacturer charges us. Please call prior to return in order to receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Cooler(s) must be returned in original packaging and intact. Returned cooler(s) must be shipped within two weeks of issuance of a return authorization number to be eligible for a refund. A refund will be issued after the return has been received and inspected. |
